Job summary

Qualifications

• Load and unload stock and move items to racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequence.
• Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated areas.
• Maintain organization and rotation of stock in coolers and warehouse.
• Accurately pull and prepare customer orders for shipping.
• Check bills of lading and product cleanliness prior to loading.
• Use computer to scan or enter/maintain inventories and records.
• Complete daily pick sheets and cycle counts.
• Assist with monthly and year-end inventory counts.
• Follow GMP and food safety and sanitation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, store, move, and distribute items within a warehouse or cooler/refrigerated environment.
• Unload and load trucks, trailers, cases, and pallets.
• Read production schedules and requisitions to determine items to move or distribute.
