Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics in Burleson, TX is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support loading, unloading, stacking, sorting and case picking in a fast-paced facility.

This role requires accuracy, safety, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Candidates should be able to work overtime or weekends as needed and possess a strong work ethic. Stand Up Forklift or pallet jack experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED; equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to learn and retain skills to work safely and productively.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Solid work ethic and interpersonal skills.
• Overtime and weekends may be required occasionally.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing directions.
• Stand Up Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, and Counterbalance Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stack, sort and segregate product and perform case picking.
• Operate a pallet jack to move materials as needed.
• Follow proper handling procedures and maintain safety standards.
• Palletize goods for transportation and coordinate with warehouse team.
• Complete tasks accurately with attention to detail and teamwork.
• Perform other duties as needed by operations.
