Job summary

Turkey Hill is hiring a Refrigerated Warehouse General Utility for the 3rd shift at our Conestoga, PA facility. This role supports DSD order processing, operates palletizer and PIT equipment, and ensures accurate loading, sanitation, and QA tasks in a cold environment.

You will work with the VoCollect and HVL systems, verify orders, handle inbound/outbound trailers, and contribute to safety and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated, production-driven environment.
• Experience operating powered equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot palletizer, strap, and shrink wrap machines.
• Load, organize, and secure orders onto trailers using a PIT.
• Perform QA duties including temperature checks and sample handling.
• Maintain sanitation and GMP compliance in the refrigerated area.
