Job summary

Clemens Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Operator III for the Hatfield, PA facility. The role involves operating powered industrial trucks, receiving, palletizing and order-picking, with a focus on safe, accurate loading for outbound shipments.

Shifts are 4:00pm–2:30am on Fri–Mon, in a cold environment (0–35 degrees). Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, perform inspections, and adhere to FIFO and QA release standards.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and move up to 75 pounds and operate powered industrial trucks.
• Must work in extreme cold environment (0-35 degrees) with start time 4:00pm to 2:30am and schedule Friday through Monday.
• Must wear PPE: steel-toed shoes, hearing protection, hard hat.

Responsibilities

• Scan product, pick cases, build pallets, and deliver to staging for outbound loading.
• Perform product inspections and ensure FIFO when picking orders.
• Conduct daily checks on equipment and report deficiencies to Area lead.
• Ensure products are QA released and properly labeled for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned area at end of shift.
