Job summary

FlexCold, LLC in Jacksonville, FL seeks a General Warehouse Associate to move materials, unload/load containers, and maintain inventory in a temperature-controlled warehouse. You will operate pallet jacks and deslat machines, input data in a WMS/ERP, and ensure accuracy and safety during daily tasks.

This full-time, Monday–Friday role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, tolerate cold temperatures down to -20 F, and flexibility to work weekend shifts if needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years' experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Basic math skills.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius with PPE.
• Access elevated product from safety cage.

Responsibilities

• Manually unload and load product on and off containers or pallets
• Manually wrap or use shrink wrap to secure product on pallets
• Operate manual or electric pallet jack equipment
• Operate deslat machine
• Document and report damages or issues to supervisor
• Possess basic math skills
• Tick labels to the appropriate cases
• Keep work area clean
• Complete equipment inspection form
• Perform other duties as assigned
