Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a stand-up reach forklift operator to move products, equipment, and materials while following all safety standards and company policies.

Responsibilities include putting away pallets, picking outbound units, recording weights and counts with the RF system, loading/unloading, completing daily maintenance, and monitoring batteries. This role supports both cold storage and dry storage environments and offers growth opportunities within Lineage.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to understand instructions in English.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 F/-25 C and up to 100 F/37 C in different storage sites.
• Must lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs; weight may vary by facility.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfort with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units from rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Choose and record materials, weight, counts, and condition of items via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting device.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge and maintain batteries; keep charging station area clean.
