Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Wisconsin is seeking a forklift operator responsible for moving palletized products and materials, following safety standards and company policies. You will use stand-up reach forklifts to place pallets into racks and prepare items for outbound shipment.

The role requires basic math, the ability to read instructions, and lifting at least 40 lbs. You must be able to work in cold and dry storage conditions and on flexible shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand instructions in the country language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Choose and record materials, weight, counts, and condition of food items via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting device.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave equipment at charging station.
