Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring a Selector to efficiently pick product and build pallets for our perishable distribution centers. The role involves lifting up to 50–100 lbs, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring accurate paperwork and labels align with customer specifications.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, warehouse experience, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework is a plus.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating material handling equipment preferred.
• Ability to take directions via headset system.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and pallet ID verification skills.

Responsibilities

• Select damage-free product to build pallets per customer specs.
• Verify product against pick tickets and labels, submit accurate paperwork.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy at required standards.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain dock and facility cleanliness and safety.
• Operate required equipment after training.
• Ensure regular attendance and adhere to food safety standards.
