Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Riverside, CA is seeking a Warehouse Sanitation Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary warehouse environment, including freezer and cold storage areas. You will perform routine and deep-cleaning tasks to support food safety, employee safety, and operational efficiency.

Key duties include sweeping, mopping, sanitizing floors and storage areas, cleaning freezer spaces, and operating floor cleaning equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience performing janitorial, warehouse sanitation, or industrial cleaning duties preferred.
• Ability to operate floor scrubbers, floor sweepers, pallet jacks, and other cleaning equipment.
• Comfortable handling cleaning chemicals and sanitizers.
• Cold storage environments as low as -20°F (-25°C).
• Able to lift at least 20 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, overtime, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Clean and maintain warehouse floors, storage areas, and operational workspaces.
• Perform deep cleaning and sanitation of warehouse interior areas, including racking, docks, aisles, and workstations.
• Clean and sanitize freezer and cold storage areas, including removing ice buildup and maintaining safe, sanitary conditions.
• Wash facility floors and remove trash, debris, and discarded materials throughout the facility.
• Perform general sanitation and maintenance duties throughout the warehouse, freezer, and support areas.
• Monitor sanitation supply inventory levels and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
