Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Sanitation Associate to keep our facility clean, organized, and safe. The role mainly operates within the warehouse, supporting recycling by collecting and processing cardboard and other materials.

You will help ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment while following Lineage safety procedures. The position runs on second shift (4x10 schedule, 2nd shift 4PM–2:30AM, Wed–Fri off).

Qualifications

• Experience using cleaning tools or warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals safely.
• Able to lift at least 20 lbs (9 kg) and stay active throughout your shift.
• Able to work in cold storage (as low as -20°F / -25°C) and warm dry areas (up to 100°F / 37°C).
• Team player with a great attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Work throughout the warehouse and cold storage areas to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Sweep, mop, scrub and vacuum floors.
• Pick up trash, debris and applet pieces to keep aisles clear and workspaces safe.
• Remove ice buildup in freezer areas when needed.
• Make sure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked, working properly, and stored safely.
• Operate floor scrubbers, pallet jacks, or other equipment when needed.
