Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Fontana, CA is seeking a facility maintenance/cleaning associate to maintain sanitation levels across company facilities and comply with safety standards. Work is Wed-Sat, 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Pay ranges from $16.90 to $26.11 per hour depending on duties and experience. The role includes sweeping, mopping, washing, trash removal, and general facility upkeep in both warehouse and cold storage areas, with attention to safety and proper use of chemicals and PPE.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment and pallet jacks.
• Must be comfortable handling cleaning chemicals.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand instructions in the official language.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20 F to 100 F in storage sites while wearing PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub and vacuum hallways, stairs, breakrooms and office spaces
• Wash and sweep inside facility and pick up discarded trash
• Perform general maintenance of entire facility including warehouse and freezer
• Remove ice and pick up pieces of pallets
• Keep grounds clean and free of debris
• May need to ensure cleaning materials and equipment are in good condition and stocked by routine checks
