Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), part of the GSF family, is hiring a Receiving Associate in Seattle, WA. You will support warehouse receiving and order selection, ensuring inbound products are accurately received, stored, and prepared for distribution, including work in refrigerated and freezer environments.

The role requires safe equipment operation, attention to product quality, and collaboration with team members to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• At least one year of general warehouse experience preferred.
• Receiving experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience operating material handling equipment.
• Basic reading and math skills to verify products and inventory.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in refrigerated (34-36°F) and freezer (-10°F) environments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Use Vocollect voice-directed headsets to select products and build customer orders.
• Verify products are in good condition and properly packaged before shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
• Follow all safety and food-safety procedures.
