Job summary

Wild Fork Foods in North Carolina is seeking a Reach Truck / Forklift Driver for our frozen food distribution center. You will safely operate reach trucks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment to move, store, and stage frozen products in a climate-controlled warehouse.

This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to cold-chain requirements, with benefits including vacation, healthcare, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of reach truck or forklift operating experience in a warehouse.
• Current forklift certification.
• Experience in frozen or cold storage environments preferred.
• Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 0°F to –20°F.
• Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights.
• EOE/Vets/Disability.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks and other powered industrial trucks.
• Move pallets to and from racks up to high reach elevations.
• Perform put away, replenishment, case picking, pallet building, and staging activities.
• Follow FEFO rotation and maintain proper stock placement within zones.
• Ensure accurate scanning, labeling, and documentation for all product movement.
• Verify pallet counts, product codes, and temperature requirements.
• Report damaged product, mis-picks, or inventory discrepancies immediately.
• Support loading and unloading activities as needed.
• Maintain clean aisles, dock areas, and racking zones.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
