Qualifications

• Basic math skills and reading comprehension.

• Able to lift 75 lbs unassisted and deliver/load 15–20 per day.

Responsibilities

• Locate and pull orders in a timely fashion (min 130 p/h, 150 p/h avg).
• Stage orders together on the dock.
• Load checked orders onto trucks as needed.
• Pull shorted items when assigned to shorts.
• Ensure accuracy of pulled product; double-check quality and quantity.
• Follow truck loading/unloading procedures and inventory FIFO.
• Maintain warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with HACCP, SQF, OSHA.
• Communicate issues to supervisors and find productivity improvements.
