Wet Willie's in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Warehouse Production Puller for night shifts. The role involves loading and pulling orders in a refrigerated warehouse, standing for long periods, and meeting productivity targets.
You will work 10-hour nights on a 4-day schedule (Sunday to Friday) starting at 3pm or 7pm, in a fast-paced environment that requires strong attention to detail and adherence to safety rules.
This is a physical, fast-paced position that involves continual lifting, lowering, and sliding 25 to 50 lbs, in extreme refrigerated temperatures.
Warehouse pullers are responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the loading dock in a manner that meets the company’s standards for productivity, efficiency, and responsibility. The order puller is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. The order puller must be consistent, attentive to detail and informed about the products the company provides to be able to provide the customers exactly what they need and expect. They will select according to a pick ticket, inspect for quality and transfer this product to the dock
Normal Weekly Schedule – 4 days from Sunday to Friday, 10-hour shifts
Shift Start Times – 3pm shifts or 7pm shifts
Must be able to endure a refrigerated warehouse environment with temperatures as low as 30 degrees, and capable of standing for long periods of time
