You will run daily, weekly, and monthly inventory analyses, coordinate with Shipping and Production, and ensure data accuracy in Excel and Ross software.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and minimum 1 year of inventory control experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools.
• Bilingual abilities a plus; strong math and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Run daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and analyze item performance
• Reconcile production with Ross software and physical counts; correct variances before batch close
• Maintain and improve inventory reporting, including daily inventory and variance reports
• Perform inventory adjustments and conduct cycle counts and full physical inventories
• Visually validate inventory by day, date, and location to ensure accuracy
• Update the daily inventory tracker and report inventory status in OEE and shift meetings
• Partner with Shipping and Production teams to verify inventory and support order fulfillment
• Ensure accurate inventory levels and accountability for discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area
• Maintain reliable attendance and consistent work hours
