Job summary

Borden Dairy in Winter Haven is seeking an inventory and maintenance data entry associate to enter and manage purchase order data for vendors, maintenance and production teams, track inventory levels, and restock supplies as deliveries arrive.

You will generate and distribute reports, maintain system data, and support maintenance and production planning while upholding safety standards in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).
• Solid math skills: basic calculations with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
