You will work 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm, with overtime and occasional weekend hours. Must lift up to 50 pounds, be comfortable in cold storage, and have a HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a cold storage environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Overtime flexibility for day/night shifts and possible weekends.
• Must be accurate and precise in inventory counts/audits.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory counts.
• Identify and verify stock discrepancies between physical counts and WMS logs, reducing shrinkage.
• Count and reconcile inventory data within warehouse software to optimize restocking cycles.
