Job summary

Lineage is seeking a 3rd shift forklift operator for a freezer warehouse in Wisconsin. The role requires operating stand-up reach forklifts, handling palletized goods, and maintaining RF system records. Base pay is $23 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential; pay range listed reflects similar shifts within the facility.

Must be able to lift 40 lbs and work in cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) and dry storage up to 100°F. Flexibility for weekends and adherence to safety policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-reach forklifts in freezer environments.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Ability to work in cold temperatures (-20°F / -25°C) and hot environments (up to 100°F / 37°C).
• Ability to read and follow instructions in the official language of the facility.
• Willingness to work weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units from above-floor-height locations for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weights, counts, and item condition via RF system.
• Load/unload materials from pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheets and monitor batteries.
