Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a forklift operator to move products and materials in cold and dry storage facilities. Starting pay is $23.00 per hour, with duties including palletizing, picking, recording via RF systems, and routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Basic math proficiency.
• Ability to understand instructions in the official language.
• Ability to work in cold storage temperatures (-20°F / -25°C) or dry storage up to 100°F / 37°C with PPE.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Able to work in loud environments.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weights, counts, and condition via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on/off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge, maintain and clean batteries, and ensure charging station is used.
