Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Wisconsin is hiring a stand-up reach forklift operator to move products, equipment, and materials while following safety standards and company policies.

You will put away pallets, pick for outbound shipments, record quantities with the RF system, and perform daily forklift checks. The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, working in cold storage, and flexibility to work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to understand instructions in English.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs/18 kg.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Comfortable with varying temperatures in cold and dry storage while wearing PPE.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units from rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Choose and record materials, weight, counts, and condition of food items via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting device.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the charging station.
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.
