Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Wisconsin is seeking a forklift operator to move products using stand-up reach forklifts while adhering to all safety standards. You will place and retrieve palletized units, document weights and counts via RF, and support outbound shipments.

The role requires basic math, ability to lift 40 lbs, and a flexible schedule, including weekends. You will operate in cold and dry storage environments and assist with daily equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills are required.
• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs; weight may be more dependent upon facility.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud.
• Able to work in cold and dry storage environments with appropriate PPE.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and item condition using RF system.
• Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet and monitor battery charge.
