Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring for a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate in Dallas, TX. The role runs Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday from 6am to 4pm with base pay of $21 per hour in a freezer/high reach warehouse environment.

You will operate a stand-up reach forklift to move products, perform RF-based picking, and support general warehouse tasks according to safety standards. Experience with high reach forklifts and working in temperature-controlled facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to understand written and spoken instructions in the country's official language.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit (-25 Celsius) in cold storage or up to 100 Fahrenheit (37 Celsius) in dry storage with PPE.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Flexible work schedule and shifts including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with noise levels varying from quiet to loud.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units from rack locations above floor height for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and condition of food items via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on and off pallets or lifting devices.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheets.
• Monitor battery charge and maintain/clean batteries; ensure proper charging station.
