Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a forklift operator to move products and materials within our facilities in the United States. You will operate stand-up reach forklifts, record material movements using RF systems, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

The role includes lifting heavy pallets, routine maintenance, and shift flexibility in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates should be able to lift 40 lbs (18 kg) and work in varying temperature zones, with PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Experience operating stand-up reach forklifts.
• Able to read and follow RF system prompts and labels.
• Capable of lifting heavy pallets and inventory.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and condition via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting device.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge and maintain charger stations.
