Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a 1st shift forklift associate for a freezer warehouse in Lancaster, TX. Base pay is $21 per hour. You will operate a stand-up forklift, move palletized items, and follow safety standards and procedures.

Experience with high-reach forklifts in cold storage environments is preferred. The role requires basic math, ability to read instructions, and flexibility to work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to read and understand instructions in the official language.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures (-20F/-25C in cold storage or up to 100F/37C in dry storage).
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into high racks.
• Pick palletized units from racks and prepare for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and item condition via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on/off pallets or skids.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
