Job summary

Envision Cold in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Warehouse Operator to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in a cold storage environment.

You will load and unload goods, inspect equipment, maintain cleanliness, assist with inventory, and coordinate with teammates while following safety protocols in a refrigerated setting.

Overtime including weekends may be required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; the position is covered by a union CBA with membership required after hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months forklift experience.
• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in cold/freezing temperatures with PPE.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in cold storage.
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers safely.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and report issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the facility.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
• Substitute for other operators when needed.
• Communicate with team and supervisors to coordinate workflow.
• Follow safety policies and cold storage regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
