Job summary

RealCold is building the next generation of cold chain logistics, and our people are at the center of everything we do. This Forklift Operator role supports safe receiving, storage, and shipment of temperature-controlled foods in a fast-paced warehouse.

You should have at least one year in a warehouse, with cold storage a plus, and be able to operate forklifts and pallet jacks. High school diploma and English literacy are required; 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse or related role.
• Experience in a cold storage facility is a plus.
• Proficient in operating stand-up or sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and ship food products safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ensure safe and efficient handling and distribution within the warehouse.
