Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate forklifts, EPJ, and other MHE to support daily warehouse operations. You will handle loading, unloading, picking, and consolidation while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 6 months of related warehouse experience, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment. On-site work in a warehouse setting with varying shifts and overtime possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 months of related warehouse or distribution experience.
• Ability to operate forklift and electric pallet jack.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate products.
• Conduct manual case picking and other material handling tasks for order fulfillment; may include EPJ.
• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing, wrapping, and staging per shipping requirements.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as directed.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on products and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy.
