CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate forklifts, EPJs, and other material handling equipment to support daily warehouse operations. You will load, unload, pick, and consolidate products while maintaining inventory accuracy and adherence to safety standards.

The role emphasizes precise order fulfillment, compliance with OSHA, and teamwork with warehouse staff. Candidates should have basic math/reading skills and at least six months in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• 6+ months warehouse or distribution experience.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to operate forklift and electric pallet jack (EPJ).
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate products.
• Conduct manual case picking and other material handling tasks for order fulfillment, including EPJ usage.
• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment: palletizing, wrapping, staging per shipping requirements.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as directed.
