Job summary

Green Rabbit, part of Vistar, is seeking a Forklift Operator, 1st shift, for our Whitestown, Indiana facility. You will operate forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck to move freight safely and efficiently through the warehouse. Responsibilities include locating slots, stocking, replenishing pick slots, conducting safety checks, and completing end-of-shift paperwork.

Day-to-day work supports GMP and quality standards in a multi-temperature environment. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am – 5:30pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution experience.
• Must be able to work the scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to lift 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds at times.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck safely.
• Move inbound freight to inventory and replenish pick slots.
• Maintain safe, GMP-compliant work area and report hazards.
• Perform daily safety checks and equipment inspections.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and battery swaps.
