CJ Logistics America in Wilmer, TX is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to operate forklifts on 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The role emphasizes safety and accuracy in a cold storage environment.

You will receive, stock, and prepare inventory for shipping, with a focus on quality, cleanliness, and following GMP/HACCP protocols. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 6+ months forklift or warehouse experience.
• Able to work in cold storage/freezer environments.
• Lift up to 60 lbs safely on a regular basis.
• GMP, HACCP and Allergen protocols knowledge.
• Strong safety awareness in cold storage.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move orders safely and maintain accuracy.
• Handle products in cold storage and blast zone areas.
• Receive, unload, inspect, and rotate inventory for freshness.
• Ensure proper storage and stacking to prevent spoilage.
• Support shipping by picking, prepping, and pallet consolidation.
• Perform load audits and correct mislabeled items.
• Replenish product in bays and assist with case picking.
• Grow skills and take on related duties over time.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Range: $19.36 per hour + $0.50 shift differential

Schedule: 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri 2:00 pm-10:00 pm)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand‑up or sit‑down forklifts to keep orders moving and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle products with care in cold storage and blast zone areas.
• Receive, unload, inspect, and rotate inventory with a focus on accuracy and freshness.
• Ensure proper storage and stacking to prevent spoilage or contamination.
• Support shipping by picking, prepping, and consolidating pallets.
• Perform load audits, correct labels, and address inventory issues.
• Replenish product in appropriate bays and assist with manual case picking as directed.
• Take on related duties and grow skills over time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recent forklift or warehouse experience.
• Comfortable working full shifts in cold storage/freezer environments.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Bonus: Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification.
• Team player who works toward common goals.

• Experience or training in GMP, HACCP, and Allergen protocols.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures in cold storage settings.
