Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator for the New Century, Kansas facility. The role supports safe loading, unloading, picking and consolidation of products, with EPJ and other MHE as needed.

You will help maintain inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts while upholding safety standards. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent, at least six months of warehouse experience, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum six months of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, and consolidate products.
• Perform manual case picking and use MHE such as EPJ as needed for order fulfillment.
• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing, wrapping, and staging.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as directed.
• Communicate defects or inventory issues to management and maintain safety standards.
