Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Luverne, MN is hiring a Forklift Driver for first shift on-site. You will operate electric forklifts to move frozen and dry goods, and ensure accurate loading and unloading.

You will perform daily checks, document weights, and communicate with truck drivers to coordinate deliveries. The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, working in cold storage environments, and maintaining a safe work area.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Must understand instructions in English.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20F/-25C to 100F/37C with PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Position forks, lifting platform, or other devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials, transports, load and unload to a designated area.
• Record materials weights, counts, and condition via RF system.
