Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring for a 1st shift forklift operator in Wisconsin. You will drive electric-powered forklifts in cold storage, load/unload materials, and document weights and conditions via RF systems. You’ll lead routine safety checks and coordinate with semi-truck drivers to ensure safety.

The role requires lifting at least 40 lbs, comfort with -20°F environments, and a flexible schedule including weekends. Benefits include medical and retirement options with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Basic arithmetic skills to perform counts and totals.
• Ability to understand simple instructions in English.
• Able to work in cold storage environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric forklifts and lifting devices following safety rules.
• Load and unload pallets, skids, or products onto designated areas.
• Record weights, counts, and conditions of items using RF system.
• Lead safety inspections and coordinate with drivers.
