Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a forklift operator to move products in a cold storage environment in Massachusetts. You will operate electric-powered forklifts, load and unload pallets, and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities include documenting weights in the RF system, performing daily maintenance, and coordinating with drivers to ensure safe unloading. This role requires lifting 40 lbs+ and a flexible schedule, including weekends, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic math proficiency required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius while in PPE.

Responsibilities

• Position forks, lifting devices under/over loaded pallets and transport to a designated area.
• Record weight, counts, and condition of items via RF system.
