Job summary

Nutre Meal Plans is hiring an Assembly Line Supervisor to lead our fast-paced meal preparation line. You will supervise and coordinate the team to ensure orders are assembled accurately, safely, and on time, while keeping the floor organized and supported during each shift.

The role emphasizes food safety, SOP adherence, and strong on-floor communication, with a Monday–Thursday schedule and hourly pay ranging from $23.00 to $25.00 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous lead or supervisory experience in kitchen, production, or assembly setting.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in following procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
• Clear communication and a team-first mindset.
• Comfort standing and working on a line for extended periods.
• Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate assembly line activities to meet daily production goals.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and support team members as needed.
• Ensure portioning, labeling, packaging, and order accuracy for every meal is followed by all team members.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards throughout the line.
• Monitor inventory flow and communicate supply needs promptly.
• Follow and reinforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality checks.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Managing employees attendance.
