Job summary

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational food service training is preferred, with 1–2 years of institutional or commercial food service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of Food Service Vocational Training Program preferred.
• One to two years institutional or commercial food service experience required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills required for effective communication with staff and visitors.
• Must be able to read.
• Knowledgeable in use and care of food service equipment.
