Compass Group USA is seeking an on-call Cold Food (Salad) prep role in Stroudsburg, PA. You will cut, portion, and assemble sandwiches, salads and other cold items, following approved production standards and safety guidelines.

The position offers on-call scheduling with daytime hours and requires prior cold food experience; Slicing machine operation and ServSafe-ready sanitation are part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior cold food experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with ServSafe and sanitation standards is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and prep requirements from Chef.
• Prepare deli meats, cheeses, condiments and salads per standards.
• Stock and replenish deli products following merchandising guidelines.
• Transport food items safely between workstations and refrigeration.
• Follow HACCP standards for wrapping, dating and rotation.
• Maintain clean and sanitized preparation and serving areas.
