M Culinary Concepts is seeking a Cold Prep Cook at our Phoenix cafe. You will craft sandwiches and salads, support catering across the Southwest, and work closely with the Café Chef and kitchen team to keep stations running smoothly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Craft signature sandwiches and salads at the Cold Prep station.
• Support catering orders and weekly specials for the Southwest region.
• Run the sandwich & salad station and oversee food prep and plating.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and inventory management.
• Collaborate with Café Chef and kitchen team to develop menu items.
