Qualifications

• Experience with cold food preparation and safe handling practices.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and health guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Chill, store, and record all prepared and leftover food per health guidelines.
• Maintain an inspection-ready work area at all times.
• Operate equipment safely and follow safety procedures.
• Complete in-advance prep for next day of service.
• Produce high quality cold and grilled foods per recipes and sheets.
• Provide courteous, helpful customer service daily.
• Prepare foods within designated timeframes and monitor usage.
• Adhere to SDS guidance and store chemicals away from food areas.
• Follow all departmental safe food handling procedures.
