Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to become forklift certified.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete set ups and changeovers on machines.
• Provide product flow in the cold forming department according to the production plan.
• Preventative maintenance as required.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues as needed.
• Train employees on new cold forming and bimet machine set up and usage.
• Data entry of work orders and updates to status.
• Champions quality in all work.
• Performs material handling tasks.
