Qualifications

• BS, Civil Engineering or related discipline where statics and structural design are core.
• EIT Certification strongly preferred.
• Fully familiar with drafting techniques and truss designs.
• Able to interpret truss layouts and determine configurations.
• Working knowledge of CAD software is required.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to travel to office locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop CFS truss designs that meet code compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Review and finalize customer-generated truss designs for accuracy.
• Provide technical consultation and address design questions.
• Analyze project layouts for optimal truss configurations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality accuracy.
• Contribute expertise for ongoing software development.
