Job summary

Tier1usa in Atlanta, GA is seeking a production worker to prepare, assemble and pack food items in accordance with USDA/FSA/HACCP standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on safety, temperature control, and quality while meeting production deadlines.

The role requires the ability to read and follow customer specifications, work as part of a team, and be flexible to shift bidding, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Background and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent attendance, performance, and safety record.
• Able to work around moving parts, wet floors, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lb.
• Read/write/communicate in English.
• Work as a team to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to work in a cold environment (38–40°F) for up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as shift bidding requires.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and pack raw and/or cooked food items per specifications.
• Wash, clean, and cut raw food products following procedures.
• Maintain sanitation per FDA/USDA/HACCP standards.
• Keep production areas at proper temperatures.
• Ensure timely production flow and safety compliance.
