Job summary

Compass Group's Delta GO Cafe in Atlanta, GA is seeking a motivated food service worker to cut deli meats, prepare sandwiches and salads, and maintain high sanitation standards. The role requires attention to portioning, proper temperatures, and teamwork to meet daily production schedules.

Full‑time and part‑time positions available with a starting pay of $19.00 per hour. Weekend availability preferred. Benefits include retirement, health options, and other voluntary programs per company policy.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in food service or kitchen roles, preferably deli or grab-and-go.
• Strong attention to food safety, portioning and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from Chef.
• Prepare sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments and salads using approved standards.
• Stock and replenish deli/cold products and condiments following guidelines.
• Carry pans, kettles and trays of food to and from workstation, stove and refrigerator.
• Store food following HACCP standard wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Clean and maintain counters, surfaces, and refrigeration units.
