Job summary

Kelly is hiring a Sanitation Worker for the 3rd shift in Romeoville, IL. You will clean and sanitize production equipment, maintain cleanliness across buildings, and ensure compliance with Safety, QA, and USDA regulations.

The role requires a High School Diploma (preferred), basic reading, writing, and math skills, and good communication; ability to lift up to 100 lbs, work in hot/cold environments, and perform duties during the 10pm–6:30am shift, Monday–Friday with every-other Sunday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Good communication skills (English/Spanish a plus).
• Hardworking, dependable, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance and work in hot/cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness in all buildings (production, distribution, administration).
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for proper cleaning.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and keep accurate cleaning records.
• Follow GMP and food safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sanitation Manager.
