Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree; packaging science or engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in packaging, logistics, or temperature-controlled supply chain.
• Experience in regulated environments (cGMP, cGDP, 21 CFR Part 11) and ASTM/ISTA packaging standards.
• Cold chain expertise, transportation, and lab testing knowledge.
• US domestic and international experience required.
• Lean Six Sigma or Green Belt certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead distribution improvement projects and implement new packaging technologies and solutions
• Design, develop, and test complex distribution packaging from concept through implementation
• Manage external vendors, develop packaging standards, and oversee supplier relationships
• Conduct lab testing and lane validation activities to ensure compliance and quality
• Support audits, regulatory inquiries, and manage compliance events, CAPAs, and investigations
