Job summary

Biogen is seeking a Clinical Supply Lead Specialist - Bulk Logistics & Quality to manage global shipments of drug substance, product, and finished goods, while ensuring GMP/GCP compliance. The role combines logistics planning with quality operations to support clinical programs.

You will work from Biogen's Cambridge, MA headquarters or RTP, NC sites, collaborating across manufacturing, QA, and logistics partners, and applying data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in a GMP/GCP environment or regulated pharma supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/GCP principles and supply chain concepts.
• Experience with ERP or quality systems; on-the-job learning is possible.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate global shipments of drug substance, drug product, and finished goods.
• Manage shipping requests and ERP transactions to match system records with physical movements.
• Handle trade compliance for international shipments with the Trade Compliance team.
• Review shipment and temperature data and drive investigations and corrective actions with Quality.
• Manage logistics vendors and freight forwarders to keep shipments on time.
• Design and document supply chain flows for new lanes and network changes.
• Act as the team's expert on quality systems (e.g., Veeva) and track changes, deviations, and training.
• Support clinical study self-audits and inspection preparation.
• Lead improvements from idea to measurable results.
