Job summary

Kinder’s is seeking a Senior Manager, Temperature-Controlled Logistics to own the transportation strategy for our Frozen and Chilled products, coordinating with co-manufacturers, cold storage and retail distribution. This is a strategic role with ownership over the 4PL relationship.

You will partner with Quality, Sales, Finance and Operations to ensure cold-chain integrity, food safety compliance and optimized carrier performance across our national network.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in transportation/logistics with strategic leadership.
• Experience owning a 3PL/4PL or managed transportation relationship.
• Knowledge of FSMA Sanitary Transportation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the temperature-controlled transportation strategy end-to-end.
• Manage 4PL partner scope, SLAs, governance and reviews.
• Lead refrigerated carrier strategy and procurement.
• Ensure cold chain integrity and compliance in transportation.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Quality, Sales and Finance.
