This role requires strong planning, communication with customers and carriers, and the ability to manage multiple lanes and deadlines. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent logistics experience, plus proficiency with AS400, TMS, and MS Office, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent logistics experience.
• Proficiency with AS400, RMIS, TMS and MS Office.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment and meet tight timelines.
• Experience coordinating with trucking dispatchers and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage profitability and service of assigned lanes through daily planning.
• Negotiate rates and plan efficient single- and multi-stop refrigerated shipments.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, and warehouse schedulers to ensure timely shipments.
• Onboard new carriers and use load boards to procure capacity.
• Track shipments and maintain accurate load details in the TMS.
