Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator at our Green Bay, WI facility. You will ensure safe receipt, storage, and shipment of food products using forklifts, RF scanners, and other equipment, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and flexibility to work overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed. A GED/high school diploma is preferred with at least 3 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three months of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to operate multiple forklift types safely.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight safely using appropriate equipment.
• Stack and store merchandise, pick orders, and check for damage.
• Operate forklifts and RF scanners in compliance with OSHA.
• Meet production standards while keeping a clean work area.
• Assist with inventory, cleaning, and battery changes as needed.
